Establish metal metal press processing factory at 487-3,Nenarigaki YamatoTakada, Nara.

(October 1969) Relocate the factory to 494 Nenarigaki YamatoTakada, Nara due to extension of business

(May 1972) Start die manufacturing and sales by instaling metal press die manufacturing facilties.

Awarded the Director-General of the Science and Technology Agency Award for the development of an automated continuous manufacturing line for a specialized bolt.

(March 1977) Shift our sales style from export-oriented to domestic-oriented.

(January 1981) Start manufacturing parts with a cold press manufacturing process for the production of bolt formers.

(November 1984) Develop and start mass producturing parts produced with cold press manufacturing process for automobiles.

(July 1987) To enhance productivity in car component production, 5-step parts previously made in West Germany and 4-step domestically-made parts are introduced. Data processing capability is greatly improved to reinforce quality assurance facilties.

(August 1999) Accredited as a Creative Venture Business by Nara Pref. SME support center and receive \20,000,000 of bonds forom Small and Medium Business Invesment Consultation Company (SBIC). Introduce 630t-Press for reseach.
(December 1999) Shinjo Factory is established at Shinjo-cho,Kitakatsuragi-gun,Nara.

(July 2002) Decide to establish a new factory in Hari in Nara under authorization from Nara Pref. local government regarding a change in the period covered by SME Creative Business Promotion Law (resulting in 1-year extension of accreditation).
(December 2002) Introduce a new business plan(to develop new products using precise cold forging technology by forming a project team in collaboration with customers and other companies)which is approved as projects undertaken under "Business innovation Plans(4 mounth)"
